RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible to define strategy for Transaction Banking sales and operationalize the same, identify potential opportunities to grow Transaction Banking business. Identify, execute and deliver on the key strategic initiatives in accordance with the Transaction Banking sales strategy. Drive Transaction Banking revenue, liability and asset, contingent growth, product depth, cross sell and returns. Deliver the product digitization agenda (product, process and platforms) with Transaction Banking Digital and Data team in conjunction with global stakeholders. Build product value propositions with digital partners (3rd party platforms, consortiums and alliances). Collaborate with the Data and Digital team, managing platform relationships with a focus on shaping future product roadmaps and commercial opportunities. Commercialize digital solutions and capabilities in country and across key markets.

Key Stakeholders

  • Corporate and Investment Banking Clients, Relationship Managers, Client Coverage Management, Operations teams, Implementation, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Financial Markets, Regulators, Local and Regional support teams.

Qualification

  • Education : Bachelors degree with minimum 5 years experience in Banking and Sales
  • Training : Training on products, digital and channel capability, client engagement. Participation in external business forums to build a personal brand and a reputation as a trusted advisor and Transaction Banking expert.
  • Languages : Fluent in Nepali & English language
