Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI algorithms.
  • Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets for model training and evaluation.
  • Select appropriate machine learning algorithms and techniques based on the problem domain and data characteristics.
  • Train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models to achieve desired performance metrics.
  • Deploy and maintain machine learning models in production environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, and product teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into applications or workflows.
  • Document and present technical findings and recommendations.
  • Contribute to the development of our AI/ML infrastructure and best practices.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in AI/ML field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with relevant machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Solid understanding of statistical methods, machine learning algorithms and techniques (e.g., Regression, Classification, Clustering, Deep learning).
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and visualization tools (e.g., Pandas, Matplotlib)
  • Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data pipelines.
  • Experience with deploying and maintaining machine learning models in production.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for AI/ML and its potential to solve real-world problems
