Job Description

  • Update appraisal tracker and track quarterly/ probationary appraisal of the employee under probation
  • Timely generate and forward appraisals to the concerned supervisor
  • Regular follow-up, collect appraisal forms, ensure appraisal is duly filled, and update score in the tracker.
  • Coordinate with Admin for leave updates for confirmation. Draft confirmation letter as per the requirement.
  • Generate appraisal pages and effectively distribute appraisal forms.
  • Timely follow-up, collection, and accurate entry of appraisal details in the summary report.
  • Distribution and collection of skill matrix for appraisal of technicians.
  • Accurate entry of received annual and half-yearly feedback in ERP.
  • Assist in clerical work related to the update and creation of job descriptions for payroll and outsourced employees. •
  • Draft official letters for various employee activities and update in ERP after approval.
  • Update accurate information in ERP related to employees, outsource staff, trainees, and interns
  • Coordinate with IT for new user ID, access, and permission role for employees, outsource staff, trainees, and interns.
  • Assist employees in understanding HR policies as required.

Job Specifications

  • Bachelors in management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a team
  • A valid two-wheeler driving license and Two- Wheeler
