Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce high-quality visuals for various projects. You’ll collaborate with the creative team to design engaging layouts, maintain brand consistency, and contribute to marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop graphics and layouts for various projects, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing results.
• Assist in decisions about style, images, and other design needs.
  Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all design projects.
  Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce final designs.
  Support the content team with template designs and prepare backup templates in advance.
  Assist in brand positioning and asset management.
  Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and within brand guidelines.
  Ideate, plan, and contribute to marketing campaigns by providing suitable designs.
  Create assets for landing pages and coordinate with the respective team when necessary.
  Research concepts, relevant information, and materials to enhance designs.
  Continuously learn from seniors and colleagues, staying updated on new design trends and skills.

Job Specifications:

• Proven graphic design experience of 1-2 years with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and branding principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to research and incorporate new design trends and techniques.
• Experience in preparing finished art and operating necessary software.
