Enterprise NOC Engineer

Job Description :

• Monitor network systems, servers, and alarms round the clock.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update ticketing system records.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure end-to-end issue resolution.
• Perform scheduled network health checks and report abnormalities.
• Ensure SLA compliance through proactive network monitoring.
• Maintain proper documentation of network events and outages.
• Perform scheduled network health checks and report abnormalities.
• Good understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLAN, STP).
• Familiarity with Cisco, Juniper, MikroTik, Huawei, or similar network platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Electronics, or Computer Engineering (Diploma holders with experience can apply).
• 1–3 years of experience in NOC or network support roles in ISP or telecom environments.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like MRTG, PRTG, Zabbix, etc.
• Industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, JNCIA, MTCNA) are an advantage.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts (including nights and weekends).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
