Job Title: Medical Representative
Location: Kathmandu
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists, hospitals) in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities, present product information, and address product-related inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare specialists to drive product awareness and sales.
- Gather customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities, and share insights with the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute promotional strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market intelligence in CRM software.
- Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior sales or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets within the designated territory.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
