R&D Manager
Qualification: M. Pharm. with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical research & development.
Responsibility: The R&D Manager is responsible for formulating various dosage forms, analytical method development, packaging material development, stability study of pharmaceutical products and documentation as per national standards.
Product Designing & Development Manager
Qualification: M.Pharm with a minimum of 5 years or B.Pharm with 7 years of hands-on experience on pharmaceutical product design & development.
Responsibility: The Product Development Manager is responsible for leading the market research, designing, development and launch of new products, as well as improving existing products to meet market demands and company objectives.
Quality Assurance Officers
Qualification: B. Pharm. with Nepal Pharmaceutical Council registered.
Responsibility: To ensure compliance with GMP by overseeing documentations, batch review, audits and quality system to maintain product quality and regulatory standards.
QC Officer
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm degree with NPC registered or M.Sc.(Chemistry) with one year hands on experience in Quality Control.
Responsibility: To conduct sampling, testing, and analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
Technical Supervisors
Qualification: Passed Sub Overseer Level from CTVT with 5 years hands on experience in pharmaceutical products manufacturing plants.
Responsibility: To ensure smooth operation and maintenance of electrical & mechanical equipment, troubleshoot breakdowns, support production processes, and comply with GMP & Safety standards.
