Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Manager to join our team. The successful
candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing client
relationships, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets. The role involves selling IT solutions,
including software, hardware, cloud services, and managed IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
- Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of the sales team.
- Set individual and team goals, track progress, and report on key performance indicators
- Identify market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to forecast trends and improve performance.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Participate in high-level client meetings and key negotiations.
- Train and onboard new sales team members.
Requirements:
• Master degree in Business, IT, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT sales or technology solutions selling (1–3 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of IT products and services (e.g. software and hardware & solutions).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

- Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge
Requirements:
