Location: Sanepa, HO
- Certified Chartered Accountant with minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in internal audit and/or statutory audit.
- Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in audit tools, financial analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications | Skills
- Develop and implement an annual audit plan aligned with business goals and secure timely executive approval.
- Conduct quarterly risk assessments across departments and maintain an updated list of top organizational risks.
- Perform a minimum of 8 audits annually with 100% adherence to the approved audit schedule.
- Deliver accurate audit reports within 10 working days post-audit, ensuring at least 95% accuracy in findings.
- Review legal and regulatory requirements quarterly to ensure zero auditrelated compliance gaps.
- Monitor and ensure timely resolution of recurring audit issues through regularfollow-ups with relevant departments.
- Lead audit review meetings and maintain 70%+ satisfaction rate among stakeholders through clear communication and actionable insights.
