- Min. 10 +2 completed; preferred with Bachelor degree
- In depth knowledge FTTH and Passive Optical Network
- Optical Network Troubleshooting
- Sufficient Knowledge on Network Device and their operation
- MS Package
Qualifications | Skills
- Supervision of ODN and overall Optical Network (ODN and Transport) of the branch
- Coordinate with the sales, customer connection and Managed Service teams for customer’s problems for providing optimized solution
- Support the Customers problems with relevant R&D on the field
- Coordinate with local authorities and government bodies as and when required
- SLA monitoring of the contractor
