Job Grade: Officer Level

Minimum Qualification Required:

• At least Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Management or Equivalent.
• Investment Banking/Merchant Banking experience of at least 5 years in case of Bachelor’s Degree and in case of Master’s Degree at least 2 years.

Candidate should have:

• Knowledge of related regulatory and statutory related regulations.
• Confident, dynamic, thorough, pragmatic, and intuitive.
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
• Excellent organizing, analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically and communicate effectively.
• Set, track and achieve targets, aligned with department objectives.
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
• Supervise and lead team members to ensure their interest aligns with the department and organization’s goal.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to conduct market study and research to identify new market opportunities.
• Lead generation and convert it to clients.
• Come up with profitable marketing strategy.
• Carry out promotional activities as per company strategy.
• Database management of the customers
• Monitor and make sure that there is a smooth running of customer service areas and satisfaction.
• Interact with the clients in order to make sure that customer need is fulfilled adequately.
• Deal with customer’s complaint and desired improved services.
• Develop marketing strategy to maximize revenues introducing new products and promotional activities.
• Age not exceeding 32 years.
• Perform other roles & responsibilities as required by the department/management and CEO
