Job Description

• Conduct daily market visits, including dealers, sub-dealers, and point-of-sales (POs), to ensure effective relationship management and business growth.
• Manage the sales process, including order collection, invoicing, delivery coordination, and customer follow-ups.
• Prepare detailed sales reports and analyze performance data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) set for sales growth, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to implement strategies to increase market share and improve distribution efficiency.
• Address and resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards in all sales activities.

Job Specification

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A Bachelor’s with 2.5 years of experience, Master’s Degree with 1 year of experience in a distribution network (freshers are encouraged to apply).
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in dynamic market conditions.
• Eagerness to learn, unlearn, and grow professionally.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team to achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively as part of daily job responsibilities.
