Job overview:

Administration officer is responsible for managing administrative function of our company with close coordination amount accounts and technical department and stakeholder outside the organization. The responsibility is crucial for smooth operation of the projects by ensuring documents are prepared, processed, delivered and received at timely manner. The officer should prepare all the reports and statement that are upto date and relevant for the project.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Serve as liaison to the project, government and other business vendors.
  • Maintain effective liaison with stakeholders, keeping related contracts & legal agreements properly documented and up to date.
  • Maintain electronic and physical files organized and up to date.​
  • Draft and Prepare documents for submission to banks, government office and project’s stakeholders.
  • Visit banks and government office for documentation works and follow ups.
  • Prepare reports relevant to project and submit to management.
  • Basic book keeping task.

The candidate should have qualification and experience as below:

  • Minimum bachelor pass in management with 2 years of experience.
  • Valid two wheeler driving license.
  • Proficient in MS office.
  • Having good writing and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Tax and VAT.
  • Basic understanding of accounting and book keeping.
  • Time management skill and attention to details.
