I am a qualified, experienced and dedicated person from Baitadi District, Nepal. I have job experience on supporting vulnerable people on their capacity building and income generation activities, CBOs/CSOs,CAC mobilization, women empowerment & promotion of human rights promotions. I have started my professional career from social mobilization and income generation in rural people. I have 15 years long experiences on social mobilization, governance, human rights promotion, community development and community mobilization & strengthening local Governance, accountability mechanism in local bodies & Partnership building. I have long experience in social security management of targeted people which is the core programme of Nepal government. In addition to above close relation development skill with development partners & other stakeholders. Participate in regular RCU meetings & Coordination with other thematic Experts. Carry out performance based monitoring of LGCDP-II at the local level and assess progress against SIP/ASIP indicators and targets. Assist & support local bodies in the implementation of all LGCDP-II activities related to social protection issues in Output -6 as outlined in the ASIP.
Monitor the implementation and results of Social Protection related to Output-6. Provide guidance on Social Protection issues to DGEs, UGEs & programme officers in DDC & Muns. Updated vital registration related information of all DDCs & municipalities of far western region. Keep close coordination with DDC & municipalities on the programme planning, implementation & monitoring
Prepared VDCs & municipality level social security monitoring indicators & submitted to DoCR /MoFALD .Support local levels for update profiles & capacity development plans. Trimester, half yearly & annual report preparation & submitted to MoFALD. Provide Backstopping support to DGEs/ UGEs & LBs staff all DDCs & Municipalities with respect to the implementation of activities related to Social Protection issues. Assist in drawing up annual capacity Development plans in the areas of Social Protection for the local bodies within the RCUs areas of operations .Participate in Capacity Development activities concerning Social Protection issues. Assist in the identification, planning and implementation of Social Protection Capacity Development activities targeted as DGEs /UGEs & local body’s staff. Orientation to LSP Coordinator & social mobilizers on social security & vital registration issues.Update social security progress report & submitted to MoFALD. Coordination meeting with other thematic area experts at LGCDP, RCU,Dhangadi. Support & manage to external & internal visitor’s team on field level. Participate & Support on the performance audit indicators preparation on DoCR/MoFALD. Support roll-out of vital registration activities in close coordination with the Vital Registration section of MoFALD. Maintain Day to day admin & finance related task at RCU,Dhangadhi. Observation & backstopping to LGAF/CSOs on their responsibility & duty station. Technical Support on content preparation of capacity development training of CSOs. Support on indicator preparation of compliance monitoring of LBs. Report collection compilation & submitted to PCU.
Facilitate any field visits by LGCDP-II stockholders and carry out any other task assigned by NPM & Regional Coordinator. Assist in preparing and submitting trimester and annual progress report to PCU & MoFALD .Provide technical support CSOs on reporting modality. Manage financial document for UNDP Audit. Support to local bodies for budget expenditure and feedback. Monthly, quarterly & annual financial report preparation & submit timely to PCU & UNDP Logistic management for other staff.
