JOB OPPORTUNITY

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Counseling customers about our products
  • Organizing and hosting stall activities and customer visits
  • Conducting door to door activities and finalize agreement with customers
  • Conducting survey for Wifi possibilities at customer premise
  • Prepare customer service reports and follow-up
  • Handling complaints and unpleasant customers queries
  • Coordinate with other departments to complete assigned task

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  •  +2 or above (Experience will be preferred)
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing
  • Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude and willingness to work in flexible schedule
  • Possess a strong work ethic and team player
  • Basic knowledge of computer and Microsoft Office package
  • Driving license and owning a vehicle is highly preferred
