Job Title: Online Support Representative

Skills & Responsibilities
- Respond Customer, Non-Customer queries via Social Media Applications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by effectively resolving their queries and concerns via social media. Ensure compliance with established communication procedures, policies, and regulations.
- Maintain internal SLA and resolve queries/issues in the required time.
- Manage and take ownership of the resolution process for all customer-related issues.
- Provide information on company products and services.
- Maintain up to date knowledge and assimilates quickly to new promotional offers and programs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in any discipline with minimum 1-year of experience.
- Strong proficiency in English reading and writing.
- Ideal candidate should have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
