Job Title: Online Support Representative

Openings: Few
Location: Head Office, Jawalakhel
Unit: Infotech Group of Services

Skills & Responsibilities

  • Respond Customer, Non-Customer queries via Social Media Applications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by effectively resolving their queries and concerns via social media. Ensure compliance with established communication procedures, policies, and regulations.
  • Maintain internal SLA and resolve queries/issues in the required time.
  • Manage and take ownership of the resolution process for all customer-related issues.
  • Provide information on company products and services.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge and assimilates quickly to new promotional offers and programs.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in any discipline with minimum 1-year of experience.
  • Strong proficiency in English reading and writing.
  • Ideal candidate should have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
