Education Level : Bachelor

Experience Required : More than or equals to 3 years

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in digital and social media marketing
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience generating and executing large-scale social media campaigns across platforms with a track record of growing audiences and delivering on engagement metrics
• Experience collaborating with agencies/partners/talent
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience launching and/or directly managing social accounts with global counterpart
• Track record of driving adoption of new ideas and concepts, and pioneering new approaches within your team or company

We’re looking for an experienced Social & Digital Marketing Manager for the Adezon team in Kathmandu. The Social and Digital Activation Manager will execute organic social campaigns that increase awareness, engage and build trust with customers. You will also be the single point of contact for digital marketing optimization which includes local support for digital marketing programs run by the Central Marketing team. You will work across internal teams including Marketing, Editorial, Programming, Label Relations, Creative, Events, PR, as well as form and manage external social strategy and creative agencies. You will own all social content decisions for the properties you own, driving both long-term strategy, pre-planned campaigns and global social calendars. You will work with key social media and digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, as well as seek out emerging platforms that can help us grow our customer base and brand.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable making data-driven decisions, recommending and implementing strategies that achieve measurable results, driving towards marketing team goals. This role will include interaction with local partner and global teams and require a strong ability to communicate effectively with various business and product teams.

The ideal candidate will not shy away from rolling up their sleeves and doing work that ranges from tactical scheduling to defining the overall high-level strategy for our unique relationship with the rest of the Adezon family. Success in this role requires excellent customer instincts, the ability to define strategy from scratch and set customer-centric campaign goals, excellent project management skills, an aptitude for developing insights-driven global strategies, a deep and current knowledge of each platform’s unique offerings and influencers, a keen eye for compelling and innovative content, and a passion for continuous improvement. You will need to possess an entrepreneurial ability to try new and different things with minimal direction.

Responsibilities include:

• Execute the day to day and campaign initiatives for brand social across platforms to drive follower growth and engagement
• Strategically and efficiently create highly topical trending content to increase brand relevance, foster social conversation and leverage to build vibrant communities
• Work closely and collaboratively across Adezon teams to champion social-first ideas and execute integrated activations, events and strategies
• Manage agencies and oversee campaign planning and management, including Paid campaigns
• Collaborate with social platforms to identify new opportunities and develop innovative activations and partnerships with Social teams across Adezon
• Develop and own goals and performance metrics for local brand social handles; monitor regularly to understand effectiveness of strategy and creative, making recommendations for continuous improvement
• Continuously ideate and innovate within the social space
• Play as the single point of contact for digital marketing optimization, to help support effective execution of all activities in the digital space, which would also require coordination with Central Marketing
