Position: Revenue Manager (One)

Minimum Requirements:
Age: Below 45 years
Education: Ideally with a university degree as Revenue Manager or Marketing Analyst. Strategic orientation, as well as good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must. System knowledge of Opera a must.
Knowledge/Abilities: The job involves to maximize all revenues to and for the Hotel, including but not limited to Room and Banquet/Catering Revenues. Lead cross functional decision making of all revenue generating departments including Sales and Marketing, Rooms, Catering and Food and Beverage departments. Manage all aspects of competitor intelligence; pricing; management of room inventory, and/or the yield hurdle points; distribution channels, market segment mix; acceptance/denial of major group bookings.


Position: Pastry Chef (One)

Minimum Requirements:
Age: Below 40 years
Education: Minimum 2 years of experience as Pastry Chef or 4 years of experience as Sous Chef in a hotel or restaurant chain with good standards with specialization in bakery/confectionery. Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
Knowledge/Abilities: The job involves ensuring to quality preparation and production including desserts, pastries, cakes etc., and to plan production schedule and special items needed for restaurant and banquet functions with the use of latest technology, training the subordinates, designing and producing special decor pieces as needed and ensuring that all bakery product is up to the hygiene and sanitation standards and is attractive and appetizing.


Position: Kitchen Executive-Continental (One)

Minimum Requirements:
Age: Below 40 years
Education: Professional/Educational qualification in Culinary Arts will be an advantage.
Experience: Minimum 2 years to 4 years of experience as Chef de Partie in a hotel or restaurant chain with good standards with specialization in Continental Cuisine. Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
Knowledge/Abilities: Assist in the management of Kitchen Operations in a single food and beverage outlet or a shift, or section of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and costing, organizing special events, developing new dishes, maintaining food quality standards and comprehensive product knowledge.


Position: Chef De Partie-Indian Cuisine (One), Demi Chef De Partie- Tandoor (One), Under Supervisor Level Development Program (SLDP)

Minimum Requirements:
Education: Diploma or Proficiency Certificate level in Culinary Arts will be ab advantage.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as Chef de Partie or DCDP in a hotel or restaurant chain with good standards with specialization in Indian Cuisine/Tandoor. Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.


Position: Commis- Indian(One), Commis- Continental(One), Commis- Pastry(One), Under Associate Level Development program (ALDP)

Minimum Requirements:
Education: Diploma or Proficiency Certificate level in Culinary Arts will be an advantage.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel or restaurant chain with good standards with specialization in Indian Curry/Continental Cuisine/Pastry. Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
