Position: Senior Human Resources Officer

Qualification: Master’s degree in Human Resources & Professional HR Qualification are required.

Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in dealing with locally employed staff issues.

Responsibilities: The role of the Senior Human Resources Officer is to manage all HR aspects for Federation personnel as well as personnel employed for Partner National Societies (PNSs). The Senior HR Officer reports to the Finance and Administration Delegate (FAD) and liaises with the HR in Regional Office when required.

The incumbent contributes to the achievement of the Federation’s SFI4 (Strategy for Implementation 4) to “ensure a strong IFRC that is effective, credible and accountable” and the role demands strict adherence to the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies’ Code of Conduct.
