Job Description

The Marketplace team at Daraz manages the complete journey, experience, performance, and engagement of marketplace sellers for Daraz. We are seeking a talented team lead with strong analytical skills to support the compliance function regionally in order to build the right systems and processes for compliance.

  • Understand seller concerns/education gap & prepare seller education material to help resolve it
  • Coordinate with the relevant stakeholder to work on seller education on a specified topic
  • Develop content for Seller communications via different channels
  • Complete content development, meet deadlines and follow content requirements in terms of style and project specifications
  • Revise/edit content as per the relevant stakeholder’s feedback and requests
  • Help create style guides or suggest changes to ensure content is consistent and clear
  • Work with different stakeholders to define their content needs
  • Conduct research on any given topic
  • Align with the creative team for visual content creation
  • Localize the communication content and system content as and when required

Requirements

  • Bachelors/Masters in any field, 2+ year of relevant professional experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite(Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Nepali and English
  • Adapts well to fast-paced working environment
