Requirements:
- Master’s in Psychology/Counseling Psychology completed;
- At least 1 year experience in the field of psychosocial/school counseling, Freshers with internship experience and trainings can apply;
- Professional working knowledge and skills of counseling and mental health services;
- The candidate must have a passion towards people, be able to listen empathetically and be patient while dealing with adverse situation;
- The candidate must have proper communication skills and be open to accepting responsibilities while working in a team;
- Creative and innovative enough to discuss and bring new ideas to the counseling team;
The selected candidates are required to undergo intensive training.
