Sales Representative

No. of Vacancy: 1
Section: National Sales
Unit: Regional Operations (Janakpur/ Sagarmatha)
Duty Station: Current requirement is in Janakpur but can be anywhere in Nepal as per business needs and future requirements.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Channel Sales Operations and Development

  • Driving and Achieving Primary, Secondary, Territory Sales, GA and other KPIs
  • Focus on Secondary Sales to drive automated Primary Sales (in volume)
  • Maximize Distribution Network, Optimize market potential for meeting desired Sales and Business Target
  • Driving sales initiatives and achieving desired targets with overall responsibility of “ROI”
  • Developing and monitoring performance of Business Partners to expand product reach in the market
  • Plan and execute sales growth strategy, maximize distribution, outlet coverage and sales productivity.
  • Provide On-Job & On-site coaching about products to Business Partners and all related stakeholders.
  • Ensure implementation of standard sales framework in clusters

2. Analyze and Reporting

  • Prepare and analyze reports and dashboard used for sales monitoring purpose.
  • Analyze micro market trends for Key KPI’s i.e.RGB, Gross Addition, Revenue, Refill, Data User, Digital Adaptation, and others
  • Timely report of market issues, Distribution issues, Coverage & Gap in market.
  • Identify and resolve any impediments/ issues hindering achievement of targets

3. Monitoring of Competitors Activity

  • To observed Market, Competitor Activities, Market share and consumer preference, detailed reports and data on competitor activity (but not limiting to):
  • New Products and Offerings
  • New Plans
  • Change in market share (by subscribers: data and volume)
  • Commission and incentives
  • Benchmarking parameters

Education Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field, preferably in Management.
  • Preference for relevant experience.

  • Seeks to learn more about other parts of the unit
  • Understands impact of own performance on customers
