1. Capable of adhering to hygiene and inventory regulations.
2. A pastry and bakery expert is preferred.
3. Working with fondant, gum paste flowers, and chocolate décor are preferred.
4. With or without reference materials, able to build designs.
5. Ability to operate under pressure, with a high volume of tasks, and rapidly.
6. Depending on the cake type and client requirements, numerous types of icing, frosting, and cake filling are made.
7. Working with the other chefs, run and oversee the pastry division of a kitchen.
8. Cooking ideas that are artistic, efficient, original, and open-minded.
9. Maintain a precise record of baking activities to ensure profitability.
Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 yrs in custom designed cake
