Customer Service Representative

Basic Job Information:

Designation: “CSR”
Meal: 2 times a day
Salary: Negotiable
No. Of openings: 3
Working Hours: 9 hours (night Duty from 7 pm to 4 am)


Should have at least 1-year experience in the relative field (Not compulsory)
Educational Qualification: +2 completed or Bachelor’s Degree (also running)
Should have their own laptop
Must have basic computer skills and should be familiar with Microsoft office packages, in particular, Word and Excel

Good communication skills/Language fluency (English, Nepali)
Good computer skills

Team spirit

Job Description : 

Should be able to deal with a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls.
To achieve customer satisfaction, you should be able to address consumer inquiries.
Should be able to work with little or no supervision.
Internal departments must be efficiently communicated with and coordinated.
Follow the company’s procedures precisely and efficiently.
Set up customer accounts and troubleshoot issues
Obtain sales leads
Through open and participatory communication, build long-term connections and trust with customer accounts.
Handle client concerns, providing acceptable solutions and alternatives within the timeframes set; follow up to confirm that the issue has been resolved.
Keep track of customer interactions, process accounts, and file paperwork.
Follow all communication processes, policies, and guidelines
