Project Implementer


Project Implementer leads projects where new/old software or technical systems are implemented. They manage a team of implementation (technical support staff) and ensure all of the client’s needs are met throughout the implementation process. This is a skilled position that requires extensive experience in a related field along with a good level of education. Implementation project managers typically work in an office setting but travel often as new projects begin for different clients. Implementation project managers usually work full-time hours and often work overtime in order to meet deadlines as projects close. They report directly to the immediate channel head and work closely with the client’s middle & upper management.

1. Participate in contract deliverables before contracts are created

2. Assess the client’s needs
2.1. Provide product demos and walk-throughs to customers.
2.2. Respond to product-related technical inquiries from customers.

3. Manage a team of implementation (technical support staffs)
3.1. Act as the first line of technical support during the implementation cycle.

4. Manage conflicts between internal teams and clients
4.1. Help customers in product deployment and troubleshooting technical issues, both verbally and electronically in a positive, professional, efficient manner
4.2. Communicating with the clients throughout the software implementation and customization process to obtain feedback and approval.
4.3. Documenting requirements of clients and communicating them effectively with the technical team to obtain the desired result.
4.4. Capture customer requirements and common causes of technical issues
4.5. Respond to product related technical inquiries from customers

5. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
5.1. Managing and delivering the services required to meet implementation goals at a high level of quality with TEAM APPROACH.
5.2. Follow-up on customer issues in a timely manner and monitor them to closure.
5.3. Weekly visit to the hospital for taking feedback from the client.
5.4. Weekly phone call to hospital for any issue.
5.5. Timely solve the issue of hospital
5.6. Timely report on project progress
5.7. Daily report entry in Project TRACKER
5.8. Daily work status update to assigned Project FUNNEL

6. Provide regular updates to top management about the implementation status.
6.1. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
6.2. Mentoring the team and leading them to successful implementation.
