Customer Service Representative

Basic Information:

𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Bijulibazar, Kathmandu
𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠: 9:30-50:30
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Minimum Bachelors in Management
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: Not required


-Minimum Bachelor’s in management
-Must be Pleasing Personality, Smart and possess Good Communication Skills
-Recording information as needed.
-Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
-Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
-Must have a strong computer knowledge foundation, focusing mostly on Microsoft office packages such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
-Ability to work independently and also to liaise with another department
-Good interpersonal skills
-Interested in Banking Field
-Experience/Intern with Bank Would be a plus.


𝐌𝐚𝐣𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

-Assist customers who need assistance with documentation, and other associated procedures.

-Due diligence on new clients includes seeking information, paperwork, reviewing and verifying received documents, and doing an analytical risk assessment on new clients.

-Evaluate current clients on a regular basis in accordance with established policies and processes.

-Periodic evaluation of records for completeness, additionally, that the files and risk assessments were current and up to date.

-Maintain constant communication with the customer in order to maintain the customer file up to date.

-To get Documentation paperwork, communicate effectively and efficiently with appropriate internal and external stakeholders
