Basic Job Information:

*Designation: “CSR”
*Meal: 2 times a day
*Salary: Negotiable
*No. Of openings: 3
*Working Hours: 9 hours


  • Should have at least 1-year experience in relative field (Not compulsory)

Educational Qualification:

  • +2 completed or Bachelor’s Degree (also running)
  • Should have their own laptop
  • Must have basic computer skills and should be familiar with Microsoft office packages, in particular, Word and Excel

Job Description:

  • Should be able to deal with a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls.
  • To achieve customer satisfaction, you should be able to address consumer inquiries.
  • Should be able to work with little or no supervision.
  • Internal departments must be efficiently communicated with and coordinated.
  • Follow the company’s procedures precisely and efficiently.
  • Set up customer accounts and troubleshoot issues
  • Obtain sales leads
  • Through open and participatory communication, build long-term connections and trust with customer accounts.
  • Handle client concerns, providing acceptable solutions and alternatives within the timeframes set; follow up to confirm that the
  • issue has been resolved.
  • Keep track of customer interactions, process accounts, and file paperwork.
  • Follow all communication processes, policies, and guidelines.
