Education Level : Intermediate

Experience Required : More than or equals to 2 years

Job Description

• Overall front office management with elegance and efficiency
• In-coming as well as out – going telephone handling
• Correspondence through SMS, Newsletters and E-mails
• Manual as well as electronic record keeping with accuracy
• Showing hospitality for virtual as well as real visitors
• Playing a good role on maintaining staff attendance
• As an information personnel she must know the office in general
• Assist the officers from other departments with right and accurate information through data
• Creating the charm of office with good manner, effective service and professional dresses
• She will be assigned at least one Revenue Generating activity and she has to be responsible for it

Special Requirements

• Punctual, hard-working, dedicated and learning attitude
• Accountable for the duty and responsibility she shoulders
• Willingness to use IT ( Social Media ) for professional purpose
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office specially Word and Excel
• Good at English as well as Nepali Language including typing
• Having no grudges for any kind of role she might require to play
• If there is a deadline she must not have grudges to work overtime or on Saturdays
• At least 2 years commitment for consistent work ( possibility of promotion depending on performance )
• Supportive and willing to work in right co-ordination with the team
