Radisson Hotel Kathmandu is a leading 5-star Hotel in Nepal, owned by Oriental Hotels Ltd. and a franchise of Radisson Hotel & Resorts, which is wholly owned by its parent company Radisson Hotels Group.
Position: Executive Chef – 01
The job involves full control of managerial and practical running of the food production area, must maintain the consistency and standard of all different cuisines and many planning, presentation of new item and the development of items for future menus and promotions. The candidates should have thorough knowledge of different cuisines. Minimum 07/10 years of experience in similar position with international chain hotel. Diploma/degree from a recognized institute/university is required.
Position: Executive Housekeeper – 01
Candidates should be responsible to supervise and coordinate activities of room attendant, public area cleaners, gardeners and floor supervisors. He/She shall carryout planning and budgeting and assists in the managing and directing day to day operations of all housekeeping and laundry functions. Preferably BHM with 2-3 years’ experience in similar role or diploma with international exposure of 7 to 10 years’ experience in 4/5 star branded hotels in similar role.
Position: Restaurant & Lounge Executive (Male) – 02
BHM or equivalent with 5 years’ experience in Food and Beverage Department in Managerial Level. Candidate should be proficient in written/spoken English and computer literate. Candidate who is able to communicate with people of different nationalities and culture will be given priority.
