PATH seeks to recruit a Program Associate (MNCH) for initiative on improving MNCH outcomes in Nepal. This project will implement initiatives to improve access to quality MNCH services, capacity of provinces, accountability, and public private partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in execution of the project activities
  • Support the project manager in reviewing and updating the workplan activities
  • Travel to project geographies for monitoring and provide technical inputs
  • Support the team in coordinating the project management process internally within PATH & external stakeholders
  • Undertake knowledge management through secondary research & data analysis of data being reported in the public domain
  • Support in event management, preparing project collaterals, field assessment reports, donor reports, factsheets, and briefs

Required Experience

  • Master’s degree in public health with relevant experience of 1-2 years in public health/consulting organizations/development sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a complex environment
  • Comfort with collaborating across all levels of leadership internally
  • Critical analysis and strong report writing skills
  • Demonstrated capacity-building approach to supporting staff development
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
  • Excellent command over MS Office applications, especially MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
  • Knowledge and experience of MNCH is essential
  • Knowledge of English and Nepali language is essential

Must have legal authorization to work in Nepal and is required to have Nepal Citizenship.
