We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management & appraisal, compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should have 3 years of experience in HR management and be familiar with current HR trends and best practices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Handle overall recruitment and selection process through internal or external sources as per hiring guidelines.
  • Documenting HR processes via HR software. Handle on-boarding process of new employees, their joining formalities including maintaining employee database, bank account opening and statutory requirements and other HR formalities.
  • Responsible for taking induction programs for new joiners and making them well versed with the organization’s policy and procedures.
  • Attendance, payroll, expenses reimbursement & salary administration.
  • Monitor grievances and implement disciplinary policies and procedures.
  • Implement innovative solutions for engaging and motivating the employees.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, other issues by analyzing data collected through Employee Satisfaction Surveys.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field and minimum working experience of 3 years as an HR Manager/Officer.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees.
  • Should have experience in handling a team with strong interpersonal/communication skills.
  • Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
  • Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and improve performance through management feedback.
  • Should have knowledge of Labour laws and practices.
