Central Finance Limited., a well established national level class “C” finance company licensed by NRB, having its Head Office at Kupondole, Lalitpur which has been operation for over 26 years invites applications from self motivated & result oriented Nepalese citizens for the following positions for its Head Office and Branches.
Branch In charge (Up to Officer Level)
Work Stations: Kathmandu Valley, Simara, Chandrapur, Butwal, Bardaghat
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in relevant subject.
- Work experience in BFIs is mandatory.
- Ability to check credit appraisals, assess risk and make decisions on lending.
- Have a good judgement, sound business sense high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Ability to achieve given targets
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Have a confident and assertive manner
- Age not exceeding 35 years
Credit Risk Department (Up to Officer Level)
Work Stations: Head Office
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in relevant subject.
- Work experience in BFIs is mandatory.
- Ability to check credit analysis & histories, assess risk and make decisions on lending.
- Carry proper risk assessment and recommend credit proposal from credit risk projector.
- Ability to achieve given targets
- Ability to learn credit processes and analysis
- Age not exceeding 40 years.
Credit Department (Assistant Level)
Work Stations: Kathmandu Valley, Sindhuli, Lalbandi
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject.
- Work experience in BFIs is preferred.
- Ability to check credit analysis & histories, assess risk and make decisions on lending.
- Ability to achieve given targets
- Ability to learn credit processes and analysis
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
Operation Department (Assistant Level)
Work Stations: Bhaktapur, Lalbandi
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject.
- Work proficiency in computer operation required.
- Work experience in BFIs is preferred.
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
IT Department (Assistant Level)
Work Stations: Head Office
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from recognized university is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience in CBS (PUMORI) is preferred.
- Must have familiar with SQL Language
- Experience in NRB Licensed BFI is preferred.
- Ability to seek continuous improvements and recommend solutions.
Candidates are expected to be proficient in both written and spoken English/Nepali with excellent marketing, communication and interpersonal skills and be a computer literate with working knowledge of office application.
