Position: Senior Executive- Sales

Business: Unit/Division Progeochem
Location: Birgunj/ Kathmandu
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: At Least 2-3 years of experience in related field

Overall Responsibility

  • Responsible for planning, organizing, implementing overall sales strategies.
  • Responsible in building strong professional with existing and potential clients.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Prepare daily/ weekly/Monthly/quarterly sales report
  • Field visit on requirement basis
  • Giving product demonstration
  • Conduct Market surveys for mapping data and analyze competitors
  • Stay up-to-date with latest sales trend and best practices
  • Arranging sales visits with prospective clients
  • Ensure the sales targets are achieved
  • Strong communication and information flow within the team and across organization
  • To provide proper information, guidance and support to the clients
  • Ensure to maintain good relationship with the clients/ customers even after the sales deal is closed
  • Prepare products’ sales strategies and sales schemes

COMPETENCY/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to persuade the vendors/ Dealers
  • Presentation Skills/ Negotiation skills
  • Understanding of business environment and emerging trends in the industry
  • Knowledge of related soft ware
  • Bike license
