Organization: Naulo Ghumti Nepal (NGN),

Naulo Ghumti Nepal (NGN), a non-governmental Organization, is implementing “HIV prevention, care, support and treatment services among key populations and PLHIV in Kaski district” under USAID and PEPFAR funded LINKAGES Nepal Project require qualified dynamic and result orientated Nepali candidate for the following position

Position: PROJECT COORDINATOR (PC)

Number of Vacancies: 1

Project Coordinator is responsible for overall management, planning, implementation, supervision, monitoring and reporting of project activities.

Qualification:

  • At least Bachelor degree in Public Health or Social Science or any other discipline. Preference will be given for who completed Master degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum two year of relevant working experience, preferably within an I/NGO environment.
  • Experience in the field of HIV/AIDS and Gender Based Violence.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of behavior change communication program
  • Good written & verbal communication skills in both English and Nepali.
  • Knowledge and skills of using MS Office.( Excel, word, power point)
  • Able to mange, lead and work in a team.
  • Possess excellent networking and coordination skills.

    Responsibilities:

  •  Prepare or review quarterly work plan based on sub agreement and send to concerned donor for review and approval.
  • Review monthly and daily/micro planning including operational and mobility mapping.
  • Review recording and reporting forms and formats filled by Clinical staffs/Community Based Supporters/Peer Navigators.
  • Review or prepare monthly log sheet, operation and data generation from Mero data (My Data), quarterly narrative reports and events reports (narrative) and submit to concerned donor on time.
  • Conduct regular field level activities monitoring and supervision and accelerate the project activities.  Plan, organize and manage capacity building activities for project staff.
  • Organize and participate in district level coordination and networking meeting, events, co-ordination meeting.
  • Conduct internal data quality audit.
  • Other responsibilities as shared by funding partner and organization.
