Kalika Development Center Nepal invites the applications from interest, committed, dynamic team players and experience Nepal nations for the following positions. KDC Nepal is one of the social development organization in pyuthan district, In partnership with stromme Foundation, Nepal in going to implement the SEEDS (Socio-Economic Empowerment with and sustainability) program in Airawati Rural Municipality of pyuthan district. SEEDS program focuses on three core thematic area i.e. Empowering CCOs/CBOs, and Livelihood.

Position: Program Coordinator

Number of Vacancies: 1

Required Qualification and Experience :
• Minimum Bachelor degree in social science & equivalent and five years of experience (High preference for Master degree)
• Five years of working civil societies, adolescent and marginalized community

• Coordination with line agencies and other district level stakeholder
• Capacity building of program staff and community strucutres
• Planning and support staff for effective execution of the programme and ensure its quality as per the expected results
• Develop Result Based report and share with Donor and management
• Establish smooth coordination and linkage between Donor and different district level line agencies
• Good Communication skills in both English and Nepali (Verbal and Written), strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage proper environment at work place Maintain close coordination with community people
• Conduct Result based Monitoring visit of the program

Position: MnE Officer

Number of Vacancies: 1

Required Qualification and Experience :
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in project management or social science or equivalent and
• Three years of working experience in Result based monitoring, data management and reporting

• Regular result-based monitoring visit to programme area and prepare monthly report
• Drafting quality bench mark and approving from the concerned sectors
• Identifying the quality gaps and providing feedback for better results
• Facilitating for each monitoring events
• Conduct mini survey, and analyze data for the quality report
• Facilitate to conduct research on specific topic if needed Maintain and ensure the quality of the data to be collected throughout the programme Maintain and ensure an appropriate monitoring and evaluation (M&E) system is in place and is functioning satisfactorily.

Position: Livelihood Officer

Number of Vacancies: 1

Required Qualification and Experience :
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in social science or equivalent (preferably Agriculture background)
• Three years of working experience in livelihood and micro entrepreneur

• Provide technical support on livelihood theme Planning and implementation
• Planning and support for the implementation of the programme in consultation with the community
• Provide technical inputs to field level staff for their effective mobilization
• Facilitate technical and entrepreneurship development training to right holders
• Conduct regular result-based monitoring visit to programme area and support field staffs for achieving expected results.
• Report and case stories preparation with quality photographs

Position: Finance & Logistic Officer

Number of Vacancies: 1

Required Qualification and Experience :
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Finance or equivalent
• Three years of working experience in finance, logistic and administration

• Involve in Planning and budgeting in close coordination with programme
• Preparing reports as per the donor requirements
• Documentation of all financial expenses
• Facilitate to conduct financial monitoring
• Ensure smooth finance and administration management
• Ensure Logistic management timely
• Keeping assets records of both expendable and non-expendable items
• Ensuring all kind of adequate financial documents like as receipts, invoices, minutes

Position: Social Mobilizers

Number of Vacancies: 8

Required Qualification and Experience :
• Minimum 10+2 or equivalent in social science and Two years of experience (High preference for Bachelor degree)
• Two years of working experience with civil societies, adolescent and households

• Working in field as per program plan
• Facilitation and mobilization in community for the program delivery
• Knowledge and skills on PRA tools
• Coordination and linkage with local government
• Planning together, working together, monitoring together with community people and scaling up the program at larger scale
• Use of theory of change in part of program delivery

Position: Office Assistant

Number of Vacancies: 1

Required Qualification and Experience :
• At least grade 7 academic qualification or equivalent

• Supporting office staffs and other for the daily operation
