- Prior work experience in customer service will be an additional advantage.
- Efficient in Microsoft Office Package.
- Good communication & writing skills both in Nepali & English.
- To handle cash, daily business, and preparation of daily reports.
- Responsible for managing agency office and cash counter independently.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Provide timely feedback to supervisor/manager for improvement of services.
Reports To: Manager, CSC
Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business studies.
Age: Maximum age not exceeding 30 years as of 13th June 2022.
