Job Description

  • Drive end-to-end planning, coordination, execution and tracking of weekly campaigns (thematic campaigns at various category levels, new arrivals, clearance sales, brands in focus) in alignment with the commercial team
  • Coordinate across internal stakeholders, including Marketing & Marketplace for campaign planning and optimization
  • Day on day data analysis of campaign performance (seller participation, GMV, orders, uplifts, page engagement) and guiding the merchandising team on campaign optimization
  • Strong governance and report writing for upcoming/ongoing/concluded campaigns. Identify best practices, improvement areas and action plans on a weekly and monthly basis. Further, ensure cross-departmental collaboration and feedback to enforce the action plan
  • Coordinate with Commercial and Marketplace teams with focus on lead-times, creation, joining, review and finalization of campaign participation and deal submission. Further, closely monitor participation and deal submission milestone
  • Suggest course of action to commercial and strategy based on category performance — subsidy, category and brand pushes
  • Day on day monitoring of top selling products, performance analysis and planning out strategies to drive overall GMV and uplifts
  • Keep abreast of trends on other ecommerce platforms, social sentiments and broader industry developments, and leverage on such trends to initiate or optimize campaigns
  • Guide teams to adopt the same standards on regional processes and identify local best practices and share with regional team


  • Bachelors / Masters Degree in Business, Finance or Marketing
  • 5-6 years of work experience required in related industry
  • Experience as team lead/ manager with strong Excel, analysis and PowerPoint skills
  • Previous ecommerce or online business experience would be ideal
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong accountability and ownership values
