Position – Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:
– Drive the profitability of the assigned branch by overseeing entire Operations, Sales, Service, Spares, Marketing, F & R, Finance & Accounts and people management function
– Plan Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly targets on the basis of Industry trend and Branch Potential
– Prepare visit plan as per project mapping and the area mapping to generate enquiry.
– Maintain segment wise market share and coverage on the basis of sales.

– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
– 10 years of working experience in Automobile/Heavy Equipment Sector.
– Proficient in MS-Office and able to write proper Emails, Reports, Memos or Prepare MOM’s
– High level of communication and interpersonal skills.

Position – After Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
– Achieve the assigned Parts/Lube Sales, AMC, paid job, MTTR
– Ensure the right mobilization of the Service Engineers and quality Service to the Customers
– Ensure AMC potential customer follow-up is done by Engineers and Review of potential data, call customers where required to ensure conversion to AMC
– Ensure customer calls are attended at all time, to respond with suitable solution to customer query and maintain the relationship with customers for generating the service revenue.

– Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering/Automobile Engineering
– 5+ years of working experience in Automobile/heavy Equipment Sector
– Cooperative, able to establish and maintain good working relationships
– Able to work under pressure and remain clam in an emergency
– Proficient in MS-Office, especially Excel, Power point, Word & ERP Software

Position – Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:
– Plan monthly, quarterly and yearly targets on the basis of sales trend, inquiry generation and maintain proper report.
– Make your own visit plan on the basis of inquiry generation, pending enquiry, difficult prospects and new site where mass construction is going.
– Analyze the customer credibility, feature based selling and deal materialization.
– Maintain relationship with stakeholder

– Bachelor’s in Management
– 3+ years of working experiences in Automotive/Heavy Equipment Sector
– Proficient in MS-Office, especially Excel, Power point and Word
– Self-Driven to Succeed and take the required Initiatives.
– High level of communication and interpersonal skills

Position – Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
– Ensure the proper maintenance of the machines
– Troubleshoot and quality repair of the assigned machine
– Provide parts requirement list to customers & fill up maintenance check list
– Attend the AMC Machines as per the instruction of Supervisor
– Conduct at least 2 paid job on monthly basis
– Assure availability of all records as per requirements SVR, Photos & Warranty related documents on time

– Diploma in mechanical/Automobile Engineering or relevant courses
– 3+ years of working experience in heavy Equipment sector
– Self-driven to succeed and take the required initiatives.
– Good communication skill
– Must have two wheeler license
