Position: Regional Service Manager

This position will be based in Nepalgunj Location and would be responsible to look after Service & Parts Operations of Dang, Nepalgunj, Surkhet and Dhangadi location.
Job Description:
- Achieve the Spare Parts Sales Target of assigned region
- Ensure Service Revenue Generation from AMC, Paid Job & Workshop at assigned branches
- Ensure Service Engineer Mobilization in effective manner in all the assigned locations
- Branches Visit MOM to be shared with Service Manager, Part Head & Service Head
- Ensure the quality visits with our Customers and submit the visit report to HO Service
- Ensure all the schemes planned by HO should be circulated to branch team.
- Visit to Critical Customers for Collection and achieve the collection target within our defined timeframe
- Proper communication of our culture, values and code of conduct to branch employees & take corrective actions where ever required.
- Develop a performance improvement plan for the Service & Spare Parts team to meet performance goals.
- Provide training and challenging opportunities for enhancing career growth of Service Coordinator and Spare Parts Team,
Expected Competencies: People management skills, system proficiency, Data Analytics, Must have valid two-wheelers driving license, Proficient on NAV and Excellent in MS Office Package, Preference will be given to the candidate residing in the branch location.
