Roles & Responsibilities 

Generate New Business

  • Identify and target new potential clients.
  • Cold-call, prospect, and build a pipeline of opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, repeat business, and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any queries or concerns promptly.

Market Research & Strategy 

  • Conduct thorough market research to understand current industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategies that align with market dynamics and customer demands.

Negotiation & Reporting:

  • Lead the negotiation process for contracts, pricing agreements, and service terms, ensuring favorable conditions for both the company and clients.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management to ensure alignment with business goals.
