Commercial Manager – Steel Factory
Job Responsibility:
- Plant Wise daily Production, Sales, and Stock Report of Finished Goods.
- Daily Consumption Report for Major Raw materials.
- Daily Material Receipt Report
- Daily Scrap Purchase Report
- Critical items listed as per stores
- Daily Summary of Cash and Bank Payment Report
- Maintain Books of Accounts
- Day to Day Banking Operation
- Preparing Monthly/Quarterly comparative statements of Expenses.
- MIS Report – Ageing of Collection, Utilization of Funds, Monthly Stock Statements & Inventory Funding Status
- Kept Track of all Sales Data
- Manage Daily MIS Reports for Production, Sales, Purchase, Consumptio,n and Factory Accounts, Daily Cash Book,
- Preparing Weekly Outstanding
- Report to Suppliers and coordinate with all Suppliers as per his outstanding payment.
- Prepared and explained weekly/Monthly/Quarterly & Annual profitability statements; the established product line profit &loss statements for identifying opportunities and risks
- Prepared annual audited accounts, filing returns timely.
- Controlling accounts receivables, correct booking of invoices, monthly aging analysis, periodic reconciliation of major ones & complete reconciliation at the end of the annual audit.
- Controlling accounts payable, correct booking of transactions, periodic reconciliation of major ones & complete reconciliation at the end of the annual audit.
- Timely payment of Govt dues and taxes.
- Monitored the Daily Cash Flow & Fund Management and Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS reporting.
- Maintaining Assets register, physical verification, coding of assets, discussing with management for the discrepancy.
To qualify for the Role, You must have
1. Requisite Experience: 12-15 Years
2. Requisite Qualification: Bachelor or Master Complete
3. Candidates having experience working in large manufacturing Setups will be highly Preferred.
