Branch Manager – One for Itahari & Banepa Branch (Junior Officer to Senior Officer)
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Economics.
Job Specifications: Minimum 2 years’ banking experience in any NRB licensed BFIs. Goo knowledge in credit, Operation and Branch Management. Good knowledge on Banking Software. Must have leadership quality. Excellent communication skill (Nepali and English). Ability to seek continuous improvements and recommend solutions. Excellent organizational, administrative and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and good communication skills.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35 years for Senior Assistant. Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 40 years for officer level.
Credit (RM) – One of each branches at Banepa, Hetauda Branch (Senior Assistant to Junior Officer)
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management/ Economics from recognized university.
Job Specifications: At least one-year experience of BFIs with sound knowledge in credit. Excellent communication skill (English, Nepali). Ability to seek continuous improvements and recommend solutions.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 35 years for assistant level and 40 for officer level.
Marketing Representative – Two for Pokhara, Butwal, Chitwan, Hetauda, Putalisadak
Educational Qualification: SLC/SEE and above
Age: Minimum 18 years and above
Experience: Fresher’s as well as experience can apply.
Job Description & Specifications: Target based incentives so, can do attitude. Ability to handle customer. Crack the sales of different deposit product paper. Highly motivated for deposit collection and account opening. Ability to work under pressure and good communication skills. Having valid two wheelers driving license is added advantage.
