IT Support Specialist

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English
  • 2 years of experience in networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting
  • Experience with a variety of operating systems, business applications, and collaboration tools
  • Team player with strong communication skills

Responsibilities include:

  • Work with and support the Lincoln School community’s use of technology in a multi-platform environment (MacOS, iOS, Windows) mostly at a tier II level
  • Support the management of the daily operations of the IT department
  • Support and monitor the utilization of IT with Lincoln School community
  • Maintain and upgrade the existing network as necessary
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of customized documents and webpages
  • Assist with the installation and maintenance of hardware (including printers and projectors)
