Other Specification

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or equivalent

Experience:

• Preference will be given to those who have previous experience of working in 4/5 star hotel as GSA or receptionist in Front office department. Those who have basic training would be an added advantage.

Job Requirement:

• Fluent speaking in English, good looking with pleasant personality and able to handle the guest tactfully
• Flexible at work as per need of the organization

Job Description

• Look after the Guests and attend the guest at the time of check in and oversee that the guests have a pleasant stay; their requests and requirements are met, through the cooperation and co-ordination with the other departments in the hotel.
• To ensure and resolve any guest issues in co-ordination with GSM
• Any special request by the guest for a particular type of room or special amenities to be placed in the room, before guest arrival.
• To check VVIP’s and VIP’s room and send copies to the related departments.
• Constantly strive to get excellent and friendly service to the best of her ability and process in guest payment.
• To assist in providing value added service to the guests by doing whatever reasonable and possible to meet or exceed customer expectations and assign room and take care of administrative duties.
• To perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position
