IT Support Assistant

Corporate Position: Assistant to Senior Assistant


Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Computer Application /Engineering in Computer or in related subject from recognised university.

Locations: Head Office

Experience: One and two years of experience in IT support, for applying to Assistant and Senior Assistant Level respectively. Preference shall be given to those having banking experience in Finacle CBS.

Preferred Knowledge: Linux, Windows, MSSQL, Oracle 10g/11g. Backup process. Should ready to work in shift and holidays. Sound knowledge of Finacle CBS, NCHL ECC, IPS, ATM/POS operation, CASBA, Basic Network, Hardware and Software solution.

Age: Not exceeding 35 years as on October 20, 2021.

Candidates should clearly specify the personal and professional details and name of organization they are working at present. Candidates are not encouraged to apply more than one position higher than their current corporate position. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for further selection process. Education qualification of candidates shall be given secondary importance in case s/he holds considerable years of relevant experience.
