Sales Representative

Salary: 20,000

*Must have two wheeler

Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding customer needs and preferences.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize overall company performance.

Product Knowledge:

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of our products/services to effectively communicate features and benefits.
  • Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry advancements.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Prepare and submit timely reports on sales performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
