Human Resources Coordinator
Uptrendly Media is Nepal’s pioneering Influencer Marketing Platform with access to 200+ Social Media Influencers who assist Nepal’s tier A clients to achieve their marketing-related milestones. We are an Influencer Marketing Platform helping brands to create meaningful and engaging content by collaborating with Influencers and Content Creators.
Job Responsibilities:
- Developing Talent acquisition process and continue working on making it better.
- Utilize different Talent acquisition channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other offline channels for better results.
- Look after the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
- Coordinate and support in developing TOR, JD, and HR selection process in coordination with both supervisors and communicate with the line managers.
- Carrying our proper Induction of the candidates hired and work constantly in making the process better.
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees’ records.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events and maintain agendas.
- Resolving disputes between employees in the workplace.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects.
- Support other assigned functions.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Preparation of all types of employment contracts, offer letters, negotiating salaries and other benefits in consultation with the department head and CEO
- Prepare working days, holidays calendar, and leave utilization and approval procedures.
- Support in reviewing current HR procedures and practices, terms and conditions, in line with HR policies, Labor Law, and its best practices and ensure a system is put in place filing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related. Masters Preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience as an HR coordinator.
- Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Exposure to payroll practices.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
Work Hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
