Human Resources Coordinator

We are an Influencer Marketing Platform helping brands to create meaningful and engaging content by collaborating with Influencers and Content Creators.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing Talent acquisition process and continue working on making it better.
  • Utilize different Talent acquisition channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other offline channels for better results.
  • Look after the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
  • Coordinate and support in developing TOR, JD, and HR selection process in coordination with both supervisors and communicate with the line managers.
  • Carrying our proper Induction of the candidates hired and work constantly in making the process better.
  • Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees’ records.
  • Assist with performance management procedures.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Resolving disputes between employees in the workplace.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects.
  • Support other assigned functions.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
  • Preparation of all types of employment contracts, offer letters, negotiating salaries and other benefits in consultation with the department head and CEO
  • Prepare working days, holidays calendar, and leave utilization and approval procedures.
  • Support in reviewing current HR procedures and practices, terms and conditions, in line with HR policies, Labor Law, and its best practices and ensure a system is put in place filing.


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related. Masters Preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an HR coordinator.
  • Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Exposure to payroll practices.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.

Work Hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
