Position Summary: Human Resource Officer will help improve the efficiency of the organizational learning excellence by adopting and implementing proven performance management system and learning & development program. This position will be supporting organizational mission and achieve sales target growth as well.

Job Description

  • Develop and introduce cotemporary training and development system
  • Develop, train and implement applied Training Need Assessment (TNA) system
  • Develop, train and implement standard operating procedure (SOP) of Training and Development
  • Develop and implement post training evaluating system
  • Preparing department wise monthly, quarterly and yearly training and development reports
  • Make sure training must be interrelated with performances or KASOCs
  • Develop training and development policy
  • ¬†Develop training and development calendar
  • Make sure job description, job specification, key result area ad key performance indicator for each position are in place
  • Develop contemporary and applied performance management framework and policy
  • Impact training on performance management system
  • Develop post appraisal analysis framework
  • Develop SOP of post appraisal activities and impact training on it
  • Develop performance-based recognition system and its SOP
  • Develop or revise performance-based increment and promotion policies and guidelines
  • Develop individual performance improvement plan
