Job Specification

Education Level : Bachelor

Experience Required : More than or equals to 2 years

Other Specification

• Minimum 2 years of experience as HR officer or similar HR role

• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)

• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures

• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus

• Good leadership and engaging Presentation Skills

• Strong motivation and innovation skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Description

• Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems

• Reviewing and updating HR policies with consultation through management team

• Providing counseling on other required policies and procedures

• Being actively involved in recruitment by posting ads and managing the hiring process

• Create and implement effective on boarding plans

• Facilitate new hires’ joining and exit process

• Handling Performance Management System and planning for succession

• Develop and plan training and development programs for employees as per the requirement

• Administering on-the-job training programs

• Conducting training sessions

• Assist in employee evaluation and submit the report on half-yearly basis after the performance reviews

• Fostering employee alignment with organizational goal

• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues

• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

• Identify KPIs for HR department

• Adhere to laws and regulations
