Sales Executive (Entry-Mid Level)

1. Job Description:

  • Maintain Good Relationships with Distributors, Wholesaler and Retailer
  • Maintain good relationship with channel partner as per company’s Value & Vision
  • Make 100% product available in the assigned area.
  • Ensure the brand assets are maintained in the outlets
  • Maintain minimum sales call as per plan

2. Reporting:

  • Report your area sales manager about the visits.
  • You need to make at least 20 visits and report it to ASMs.

3. Facilitaing Promotion Activites

  • Assist & execute the promotion activities effectively.
  • Maintain and monitor product display with merchandising activities.
  • Prominent placement of POPs on regular basis.
  • Distribute giveaways as per the promotion plan.
  • Participate in exhibitions, stalls, functions, or special events as when required.
  • Maintain 100 % product availability and visibility.
  • Find out new market/outlet for market expansion and brand visibility.
  • Maintain and record display agreement and payment.

4. Reporting the relevant sales data and other information

  • Daily Sales Report to ASM.
  • Provide information about competitor activities to ASM with valuable insights.
  • Communicate market issues to ASM.
  • Monitor and report of Trade Scheme Effectiveness to ASM.
  • Supervise and report brand and promotional activities to ASM and Promotion head.
